They are currently seeking a Creative Director from a copy background who is passionate about imagining and shaping new ideas. As the leader of a multinational creative team, you will oversee the quality of ideas and Japanese language expression.

Also, they are looking for a talent who can develop and produce brand experiences across various media, from video to the metaverse, through strategic thinking and creative expression.

Responsibilities

• Understand brand strategy and the changing digital landscape to solve client problems.
• Identify project concepts and strategic directions.
• Craft in brand voice and copy.
• Demonstrate and practice indicators that contribute to team growth throughout the production process.
• Manage the quality of copy and creative assets.
• Manage a creative team of 4-5 members.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative direction and team management.
• Leadership that fosters guidance and growth among team members.
• Collaboration with different fields and team members.
• Native-level Japanese and conversational English proficiency.
